Goals:

  • I plan to obtain my master’s in Food Science.
  • I plan to expand my culinary abilities by taking cooking classes and exploring different cultures and their foods.
  • To create, standardized, and produce high quality foods.
  • Work on a team of creative, motivated and open-minded individuals who want to better our nations health by providing sustainable, nutrient dense foods.

Objectives:

  • I intend to help impoverished populations through my work and research developing nutrient rich food products.
  • To teach youth and adolescents the importance and joy of cooking in their lives.
  • To use my creativity to enhance the Food Science industry toward better quality food products.
